Our Managing Director, Trevor Bissett, competed in the Helvellyn Triathlon last weekend. This involved a 1 mile  swim; a 38 mile bike race; and a 9 mile run up a 3000 foot mountain in the Lake District. Trevor did brilliantly finishing 309th out of 750 competitors in a time of 5 hours 2 minutes.
