Quality Assurance

All CAPS CASES factories comply with  9001 : 2008 which was first attained in 1993 and then extended to Glasgow in 1996.  We undertake internal audits to ensure standard compliance is maintained. External surveillance audits are made annually by NQA. Certificates of  Conformity form part of our Delivery Note.

Our staff receive continual training and assessment to ensure first class standards of manufacturing are achieved. A fully integrated operating system provides traceability from paper reel to the finished product. Our suppliers provide us with extensive laboratory testing facilities.
