Caps Cases would like to announce several new appointments to our Board of Directors.
After 24 years of exceptional service to the company Sales Director John Hitch has decided to retire from full time employment in the summer of 2012. We wish John a long and happy retirement; he has been a very important part of the company's success and will be missed.
Shaun Stamford will take on the role of Sales Director from the 1st of January 2012. Aside from a short interval Shaun has been with the company since leaving school. Having started as a sample maker and then moved into a sales role he has delivered some excellent results for the company. We are confident Shaun will continue to succeed in his new role.
In recognition of all the hard work she has put in since 1995, Lucy Bennett has joined the board as Customer Services Director. Over the last 16 years Lucy has done a fantastic job of looking after our customers and ensuring they receive a great service. In her role as Sales Office Manager she has created a customer services team to be proud of; this is something we are always pleased to hear about when speaking to our clients.
During the past couple of years Mark Bissett has become heavily involved in production at Newmarket. With the help of all the production staff Mark has played a crucial role in improving the effieciency of our factory , something that is vital in the current economic climate. Mark will become Production Director from January 2012.
Adam Walters has accepted the role of Production Manager and will continue to work alongside Mark to ensure that we meet delivery deadlines.
Ian Johnston's role has evolved over the past few years as the company has expanded. His experience has been of great value to our customers and his main function now is co-ordinating Sales and Production at our three sites in Newmarket, Glasgow and Hoddesdon. Ian will become Operations Director in January 2012.
